Everything was reallyr fine. Spacious room & clean. Kitchen lacked of som items, but people in hotel provided them fast.
Central heating was on in july!!

Buffet breakfast was very good and the coffee selection was excellent. The apartment was very spacious, clean and quiet.
Not easy to find the apartment building which requires walking around the building. There is an easier way to get to the apartment within the building but not well explained at front desk.

I liked how clean everything was in the apartments. It smelled wonderful and was a short distance from the train station. There were also plenty of restaurants and a nearby grocery store. The location was very convenient.
The internet in the apartments wasn't so great. It had very low signal and seemed best when staying in the actual hotel. The signal kept dropping and I couldn't even get to the login page to get to the internet.

The hotel announced that the taxi transportation to the airport is 38 euros, however, the taxi driver charged us 42 euros for the transportation.

Broken glass at the window (fairly dangerous).

Good location - 5 min. from center of Wiene ( Opera, Ring). Clear room ( appartaments) with separated rooms. Not expensive as for appartaments with breckfast.

The old Vienna atmosphere is great. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good.
Small poor touches really devalue the experience: instead of ceramic mugs for making tea, there are crappy plastic cups. Makes no sense in combination with the art deco style wood furniture. The lobby is a bit seedy as well, but fortunately the rooms are much better.

It was historical building at cıty centre that I feel vienna citizen. The appartment was comfortable and clean enough. Breakfast was ready at early even 6:30 and there are a lot of meals. Thank you
